Steps to Publish Web Service in R/3, Consume Web Service in R/3 and Adobe Flex

Once you complete the above steps, go to transaction soamanager and check whether your web service is available.

Click the tab Application and Scenario communication and click the hyperlink Single service Administration.

Click Apply selection.
